Welcome to my private practice.
  1. I provide psychotherapy services to adults who find it difficult to resolve psychological problems on their own.
  2. To clients who want to overcome inner barriers and to find, preserve, and strengthen their resources — their inner treasures.
  3. So that they can regain access to a full and lastingly satisfying life, and strengthen their ability to pursue their life values and aspirations over the long term.

I offer counseling services in English at a confident working level (B2, Upper-Intermediate).

I help with

- unexplained heightened anxiety, either constant or in specific situations or around a specific topic;
- sleep problems;
- panic attacks;
- specific phobias (animals, natural environment, blood-injection-injury, situational);
- social anxiety (situations involving scrutiny, others' expectations, or humiliation).

- a sense that life has no meaning;
- persistently low mood without apparent cause;
- persistently reduced physical and cognitive activity, low energy, without apparent cause;
- feelings of worthlessness, excessive or unfounded guilt;
- reduced interest and pleasure in all or almost all activities;
- emotional burnout;
- persistently reduced concentration, indecisiveness.

- reduced control over content consumption (television, streaming platforms, social media, messengers, news sites);
- reduced control over eating or drinking (excluding alcoholism and eating disorders);
- reduced control over masturbation and consumption of erotic or pornographic content.

Psychological interventions for these symptoms are carried out alongside or after a general medical examination (sometimes including a psychiatric consultation) and after ruling out medical causes of the physical problems and other etiologies.

- excessive thoughts, feelings, or worry about physical symptoms — regardless of whether the client has a physical illness.

Worth noting. Modern pop psychology has done a great deal to find psychological causes for virtually any somatic problem. In today's science, there is not enough data for such sweeping generalizations.

- difficulty coping with overwhelming emotions in various situations and controlling how they are expressed;
- increased aggression;
- increased irritability;
- a persistent feeling of emptiness.

- emotional burnout, persistently reduced motivation to do anything — specific or general;
- difficulty with assertive behavior: standing up for your rights without infringing on the rights of others; defending your boundaries;
- difficulty making a decision or decisions;
- low self-esteem, a sense of worthlessness.

An Important Note

Sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural background, religious and political views, and physical characteristics are never barriers to my providing help to a client. 💛

Why?

To see the human being, to nurture what is human.
So that people stay in this world.
  1. I would like to be, for my clients, someone who not only has an unshakable desire to help them, but also understands how that can be done — the way my psychologist Kira helped me when I was 20.
  2. Through psychotherapy, I saw that an alternative life was possible for me — and I wanted to live it.
